The roots of the Conti degli Azzoni Avogadro Carradori family lie in the deep connection between three historic noble houses: the Conti Carradori in the Marche region, the Conti degli Azzoni Avogadro across the Veneto and Tuscany, and the Conti Riccati in the Veneto. It is a legacy of traditions, values, and knowledge, carefully passed down through generations.
Today, the brothers Valperto, Filippo, and Aldobrando degli Azzoni are the custodians of this past—a past that intertwines with the present and looks toward the future. La conformazione geografica esclude in massima parte le macchine e impone in vigna il
lavoro manuale, così che la vite cresce a contatto con la mano dell’uomo. Le migliori uve,
maturate così sui pendii meglio esposti ai piedi della montagna, vanno a fornire la base;
il lavoro dell’enologo la trasformerà, nel rispetto del disciplinare prescritto da TRENTODOC,
nel pregiato spumante.
