PRODUCTION AREA: Plains and hills near Cividale del Friuli

VINIFICATION: The whole grapes are softly pressed and the must obtained is statically decanted cold. Fermentation and maturation 'sur lies' take place in temperature-controlled vitrified cement casks.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: approx. 12.50% vol.

COLOUR: Bright and lively straw yellow, with elegant greenish reflections.

BOUQUET AND TASTE NOTES: Elegant and intense bouquet, with fruity notes of peach and acacia flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, enveloping, savoury and persistent.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 - 12 °C

PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish hors d'oeuvres in general and especially with shellfish, soups vegetables and herb risottos.
