Sicily, land of tuna fish. Here, in 1933, our story begins, here we mature our experience with fishing and processing bluefin tuna. Today that experience is all in Auriga, yellow-fin tuna of oceanic origin processed entirely in Sicily.

Our production starts with whole tuna and ends with canning and seasoning, through a production process carried out entirely in Trapani, a land that has always been suited to tuna fishing and processing.

The whole tuna is removed from the head and tail; the trunk is then cut into quarters, which are placed in baskets, the so-called "cotte". The human factor, in this phase, is fundamental: attention and precision make the difference.
